Carne asada fries are pretty good. I feel if they make a signature dipping sauce that would make them perfect as they are a tiny bit dry, however paired with their Horchata agua fresca it is amazing!

Little bit of a wait but fantastic service. Our last minute special request was happily accommodated. Carne asada fries had a large portion and delicious.

This place is great. They’re always nice, and the breakfast burritos are stupid good. I always love coming here. It’ll take a few min for the food to come out because they’re making it fresh. If you want a tasteless microwaved burrito, head to Sonic. If you want a bomb burrito with flavor and great salsa options, hit up Taco Star.

No indoor seating as far as I could tell. Just a little bit of outdoor seating and some parking spots if you prefer to eat in your car. Similar to Sonic restaurants

there's a reason this tiny place is surviving right next to a del taco. HOLY TACO!! I got the fish taco and the cow tongue. . . this place uses fresh ingredients on top of their well cooked proteins. I wasn't going to stop for dinner becuase I had tacos for lunch, but this place was better than Torchy's! (you can tell I'm not from Colorado) if you ever ever ever have a chance to stop (like me, staying in a hotel next door) DO IT!! prices are way fair and you wont regret trying this place! forget that del taco!!
